Anthony Polce,
Founder and President

Anthony Polce, Esq. is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association and the Michigan Creditor’s Bar Association. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1989 before attending the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude and received his Juris Doctor in 1995.

From 1996 until 2002, Anthony Polce worked as in-house counsel for Ford Motor Credit Company LLC and Ford Motor Company focusing his practice of law in the areas of commercial and consumer financial services litigation, warranty litigation, class action defense, government investigations, collections and transactions. The experience of Mr. Polce affords him with unique insight into the operations of large and mid-sized companies and their needs and expectations when securing legal services.

In January of 2002, Anthony Polce went into private practice and founded the firm with a dedication to provide clients with vigorous and effective legal representation in all types of consumer and commercial litigation, corporate counseling and litigation, collateral recovery, debt collection, and bankruptcy matters.
